The street-facing façade features a solid brick wall with strategically limited window openings and a hit-and-miss brickwork pattern, enhancing seclusion while maintaining a natural, earthy exterior presence.

Originally constructed without a cohesive design vision, this residence called for a careful reordering of its interior spaces. Through a restrained architectural language, we addressed the inherent limitations of the existing layout and the imbalance of its window proportions.

The site is located in a densely forested area. We communicated thoroughly with the client, understood their needs, and based on our professional experience, arrived at the optimal solution that balances design and construction difficulty. We listened to the client’s preference for concrete finishes and coordinated the facade design around them. Through a dynamic balance of proportions, a dialogue between materials is achieved.
